Crafting — Bubbly Bistro Chairs from Champagne Cages

The holiday season is time to celebrate, and nothing says celebration quite like sparkling wine.  Here’s a great craft to do with the ‘wretched refuse’ of the celebrations.  Take a look.

These Bubbly Bistro Chairs make perfect place card holders for a fancy dinner party or wedding, can also be used as tie-ons for gifts, or a special memento of a celebration.  Enjoy!  And make something beautiful! Click here for my latest video with more great Champagne ideas!

    Hey Francesca,
By all means use new wire if that’s better for you. The wire is hard, and can be difficult to work with. You can also buy unused muselets here: http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/hooded-wires-for-belgian-beer-bottle-60-ct.html
They have fewer ‘bumps’ in the wire to begin with. Have fun!!

Hi Tamara, do you have any step by step on how to start the back of the more ornate arm-chair version pictured on the far right? I get it conceptually but am not sure how to start with the second cage to get the desired affect. thanks!
